JHANSI RANI LAXMIBAI
manikarnika was born in 1835
long after the British arrived.
she fought for us,
and her friend mandar was the only one she could trust.
On her back she tied her son ,
and she was courageous enough to ,but not to run.
All the battles she fought, she won
but without using a rifle or a gun.
Laxmibai fought with bravery,
to free us fromthe British slavery.
She stood alone ,
in front of her fort like stone.
LaxmiBai , Gangadhar's wife,
we will never forget you,not in this life.
